ALTEMS's history
ALTEMS was founded in 2009 by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore with the aim of creating an institutional context dedicated to developing advanced education in health economics and management, a sector of growing strategic relevance for the country. The school was born from the convergence of the clinical and public health expertise of the A. Gemelli Faculty of Medicine and Surgery with the economic, managerial and legal expertise of the university's Faculty of Economics, a distinctive interdisciplinary model from its origins.
