Master in Business Administration (MBA)

The Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a second-level master offered by the University of Bari Aldo Moro. It covers leadership, team building, strategy, finance, accounting, marketing, distribution, operations, organisation and human resources management, structured in modules. The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

Teaching is online asynchronous through the Edunext platform, with 20% synchronous activities, and with the possibility of in-person attendance in Taranto. The master lasts one year and is worth 63 credits. The cost is 950 euros. No internship is provided, nor a structured placement service.

The aim is to provide advanced managerial skills for roles of responsibility in complex business contexts, with a theoretical-practical approach. The career opportunities indicated are business analyst, international sales manager, marketing expert, global business specialist and training director. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study. Concrete prospects nevertheless depend on each participant's starting profile and experience. Those who work should carefully assess the commitment required, in terms of weekly hours and attendance, to understand whether the programme is compatible with other professional or personal commitments.
