Master in Business Crisis and Corporate Restructuring

The Second-Level University Master in Business Crisis and Corporate Restructuring is offered by the University of Bergamo. The programme includes crisis economics and management, insolvency law, advanced finance, preventive diagnosis and turnaround strategies, and includes the 55 specific hours required for registration in the lists of experts for the negotiated settlement of the crisis. The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

The format is mixed, at weekends, in person in Bergamo with an online option. The master lasts one academic year and is worth 60 credits. The cost is €4,000. The 375-hour internship or the final project work is included.

The aim is to train experts in business crisis management, with transversal business, legal and financial skills. Career outcomes are business consulting, the roles of attester and court-appointed commissioner, banks, consulting firms and non-performing loan (NPL) management. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study.
