Master’s Degree in Food Design and Food Product Innovation

The Master's Degree in Food Design and Food Product Innovation is offered by the University of Florence, Department DAGRI. It is organised into four key areas: product development, production process, quality control and marketing strategies. It includes 11 examinations, laboratories, internships and a final thesis. The course lasts two years, is worth 120 credits and is full-time and in person in Florence. English B2 is required. Internships are included in the training programme.
