Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology

The Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology is offered by the University of Catania, Department of Agriculture, Food and Environment (Di3A). The training covers technical, managerial and research skills, with a focus on innovation, quality, food safety, production processes, sustainability and eco-compatibility.
