Master’s Degree in Innovation, Governance and Sustainability

The Master's Degree in Innovation, Governance and Sustainability is offered by the Department of Economics, Management and Business Law of the University of Bari Aldo Moro. The programme integrates managerial skills with circular economy, sustainable administration and digital transformation, and focuses on ESG indicators, integrated reporting, sustainable investment and alignment with the 2030 Agenda. The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

The format is mixed, in person and remote, based in Bari; part-time enrolment is available. The course lasts two years. Knowledge of a foreign language at least at B1 level is preferred. The pathway supports employment through internships, guidance and collaborations with regional and national companies.

The aim is to train professionals able to design sustainable investments and implement integrated management systems. The career opportunities indicated are sustainability analyst, consultant, circular economy manager and project manager. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study. Concrete prospects nevertheless depend on each participant's starting profile and experience. Those who work should carefully assess the commitment required, in terms of weekly hours and attendance, to understand whether the programme is compatible with other professional or personal commitments.
