Revalidation Course – Managerial Training Accredited by Polis Lombardia, Titled: “Role and Skills of the Manager Professional in Healthcare

The Revalidation Course, Managerial Training, accredited by Polis Lombardia, on the role and skills of the manager professional in a changing healthcare sector, is an advanced training course offered by the University of Bergamo. It focuses on adaptive leadership, innovation management, healthcare policy and organisation and applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare management, with lessons, guided study, learning assessments, interactive activities and a final project work. The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

The format is weekend in person, in Bergamo. The course lasts 56 hours and costs 1,350 euros. The language is Italian. The start date is indicated only as the autumn 2026 session. No internship is provided, but there is an applied project work component.

The aim is to update basic managerial knowledge, strengthening design skills, organisational planning and change management for healthcare leadership roles. The related roles are healthcare management consultant, hospital director, quality manager and project manager. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study. Concrete prospects nevertheless depend on each participant's starting profile and experience.
