Course in Data Analyst for Strategic Decisions

The Course in Data Analyst for Strategic Decisions is an advanced training course offered by the University of Bergamo. It covers tools such as R, Python, SAS, Tableau and Power BI for a total of 220 hours, with lectures, talks by industry experts, company visits and laboratory activities. The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

The format is in person, at weekends, in Bergamo. The course lasts 4 months and costs 3,750 euros. The start date is January 22, 2027, with an enrolment deadline of November 2, 2026: both are future dates.

The aim is to train versatile data analysts, able to master the collection, management and interpretation of data to support strategic decisions. The career opportunities are private companies, public bodies, consulting firms, management control and business intelligence. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study. Concrete prospects nevertheless depend on each participant's starting profile and experience. Those who work should carefully assess the commitment required, in terms of weekly hours and attendance, to understand whether the programme is compatible with other professional or personal commitments.
