Master in Management, Innovation, Leadership and Digitalisation of Public Administrations (LEAD-PA)

The Second-Level Master LEAD-PA is a programme in management, innovation, leadership and digitalisation of public administrations, with a joint degree from the Universities of Bergamo, Milano-Bicocca and Brescia. The programme covers management and leadership in public administration, the implementation of innovation, digital transformation processes and the creation of public value. The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

The master lasts one year, is worth 60 credits and comprises 1,500 hours: 360 of teaching, 765 of individual study, 250 of internship or project work and 125 of thesis. The format is weekend, in person and at a distance, based in Bergamo. The cost is €5,500.

The aim is to train the new leaders of public administration, able to manage change, promote innovation and face the complexity of digitalisation. Career outcomes are key roles in the management of public bodies, in consulting and in the innovation of administrative processes. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study. Concrete prospects nevertheless depend on each participant's starting profile and experience. Those who work should carefully assess the commitment required, in terms of weekly hours and attendance, to understand whether the programme is compatible with other professional or personal commitments.
