The Master's Degree in Law of Sustainable Development and Innovation is offered by the University of Cagliari. The course integrates law, economics and technology in two specialised pathways and includes legal clinics, lectures, seminars, case studies and the comparative analysis of legal systems. The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

The course lasts two years, full-time and in person in Cagliari. The internship at affiliated public and private bodies is compulsory. A B1 English requirement applies. The page reports a cost of 0 euros, a figure to be interpreted with caution.

The aim is to train professionals able to face the challenges of sustainability and technological innovation in public and private contexts, integrating legal, IT and economic skills. Career outcomes include analyst, consultant and sustainability project manager and sustainable development expert. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study. Concrete prospects nevertheless depend on each participant's starting profile and experience. Those who work should carefully assess the commitment required, in terms of weekly hours and attendance, to understand whether the programme is compatible with other professional or personal commitments.
