Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition Sciences

The Master's Degree in Human Nutrition Sciences is offered by the University of Catania, Department of Biomedical and Biotechnological Sciences. The programme includes biological, chemical and dietetic disciplines, human nutrition, the study of foods and nutraceuticals, food regulations and the relationship between diet and public health.
