The pathway is aimed at those who wish to deepen and update their skills, with a structure that links theoretical reflection to concrete applications in the relevant professional context.

The format is mixed, in person and online, with evening lessons on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 17:30 to 20:30 and on Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 13:00. The start date indicated is October 27, 2025, so an edition already under way. A compulsory 400-hour internship at partner companies is provided.

The aim is to train well-rounded professionals in human resources, able to design HR systems consistent with business strategy. The career opportunities are HR analyst, HR consultant, HR coordinator, HR director and HR area manager. Upon completion, those who successfully finish the pathway obtain the qualification provided and can use the skills acquired in their own professional field or in further study.
